Service Description
Please add an extra two hours to your booking time to plan anything around it.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are none-refundable. Should you not turn up to an appointment, give less than two weeks notice or cancel that you may lose your deposit. If you are more than 30 minutes late or if you re-arrange your appointment more than twice your deposit will be forfeited. You can only rearrange two weeks before the appointment date. You will not likely see your design earlier unless you specifically request to do so. Should a date be rescheduled the deposit will move over to that date. For continuing work, the deposit will be rolled over until the last appointment, where it will be taken off the final amount.
